The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) says in a recent report that vehicular pollution accounts for 70 percent of carbon monoxide, 50 percent of hydrocarbons and 30 percent of suspended particulate matter of the total pollution load in India’s major cities.
Westfield iRacer prototype makes the doughnuts
The Westfield iRacer prototype electric race car being drifted at the Stoneleigh Kit Car Show 2010. The vehicle is a development prototype for the Westfield iRACER which is due to hit the track as part of the EV CUP in 2011. The vehicle uses two 40kW YASA motors, each directly and independently driving the rear wheels.
