Here's a new promotional film for the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.
This footage is shot in the deserts of the American southwest last month--looks like the salt flats of Death Valley.
The film's theme is apocalyptic, whereby the Aventador is outrunning some kind of force which is literally making the earth crumble beneath its wheels.
What do you get when you mix a Mexican racing chicken with a Nissan 370Z? A pretty darn good video.
Created for Nissan Europe, the promotional clip strives to highlight the Z's performance attributes without hammering us over the head with boring details. The results speak for themselves, but we won't spoil the fun, so take a look.

On the occassion of the New York Auto show, rock music legends KISS debuted four MINI Countryman vehicles, each one wearing one of the KISS band member's iconic faces.
The creative, advertising and marketing teams at BMW went completely bonkers with this one. It was done to promote their new supplementing tagline, ‘Joy is BMW’. This stunt happened in Singapore and the German auto giant walked to the most insane level of advertising spends.
You must have watched that Mercedes-Benz commercial in which Michael Schumacher drives in a tunnel upside down, in nothing less than the SLS! That advert was all about speed. This one is at the absolute opposite end of the spectrum. This one is about braking.
