Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. (HSCI) has launched an updated version of the Honda CR-V in India. The 2010-spec CR-V comes with a revised front grille, hood, front bumper and rear bumper, new 10-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, and is 45mm longer than its predecessor. Engine options remain unchanged - 2.0-litre and 2.4-litre petrol units, with 2WD and manual transmission for the former, and 4WD and optional automatic transmission with the latter.
The new Honda CR-V is priced at Rs 21.92 lakh (2.0L, manual), Rs 23.37 lakh (2.4L, manual) and Rs 24.12 lakh (2.4L, automatic), ex-showroom Delhi. The SUV, which is imported to India as a CBU (hence the high prices!) also comes with a 2+2 year warranty and 24-hour roadside assistance as standard.
