
With an all-new Swift due to be launched in 2011, Suzuki is probably looking at ways of keeping some interest alive in the current Swift, which is a brilliant little car but is beginning to look a bit dated. In Germany, Suzuki is now doing a special edition of the Swift Sport, which pays homage to the ‘Rock am Ring’ (Rock at the ’Ring) annual music festival held at the legendary Nürburgring race track.
No engine, suspension or brake upgrades here, but the car does get a Clarion infotainment system with a 6.9-inch colour display, 30GB hard drive, iPod connectivity and high-spec speakers. Rock and roll, baby…
