Ford India rolls out 100,000th unit of Fiesta
Auto maker Ford has rolled out the 100 , 000th unit of its best seller Fiesta in India. The 100 , 000th unit of the car was driven off the assembly line by Michael Boneham , President & Managing Director , Ford India.
''After a terrific sales record in March and April , the rolling out of the 100 , 000th Ford Fiesta is a truly special moment for Ford India. The event marks a new milestone for us'' , said Michael Boneham. Ford Fiesta has performed very well in the Indian car market. The car has won several awards. The car was ranked No. 1 in 'Total Customer Satisfaction in the Diesel Midsize Segment' in the TNS Automotive 2009-TCS Study.
