Cleaner, greener Vauxhall Astra to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show this year

The all new Vauxhall Astra will make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month...

Vauxhall as a car brand, isn’t relevant to the Indian market and the Astra isn’t coming back to this country in the foreseeable future. Still, for those with fond memories of the old Opel Astra sold in India till a few years ago, it may be interesting to see how the Astra has evolved from being that rather ordinary looking sedan that you knew, to the very good looking hatchback that you see here!

The new Astra will make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month, and will come with a range of eight engines, including petrol and diesel units. The car will be produced at the UK’s Ellesmere Port plant for all markets across Europe.
